Mason Mallory is the founder and managing memberBusiness School and a Masters in International Affairs from Columbia's School of International and Public Affairs. He is also a licensed CPA and CFA charter holder. Prior to attending graduate school, Mason gained significant experience auditing, consulting, and performing due diligence on hedge funds and other investment management companies.

Her client base consist of nationally recognized investors and Chicago-based real estate investor clients, Paye also represents international real estate investors. She is an attorney title agent for several national title companies.
Mershard is the Head of Business Development. He is a businessman owning businesses in real estate, financial services, and IT domains. Prior to co-founding the fund, he spent the majority of his career as a Client Executive managing sales and operations at Oracle, Verizon, and Hewlett Packard. Mershard is a graduate of Fisk University where he earned a B.S. in Physics.

Tai Bruton is a HR and Small Businesspayroll and benefits administration. She is a proud alum of Morgan State University, which is an HBCU and National Treasure. Ms. Bruton is a member of numerous professional organizations including the National Black MBA Association. She also owns a staffing company that partners with other small businesses to help them find the best talent. She has worked with the Jay Morrison Brand since the launching of the Jay Morrison Academy in 2014.

Ernestine Johnson is a successful businesswoman who has built a national brand as an actress and poet all while growing an elite celebrity conceirge company. She oversees the communications and creative direction for many of today's A-list professional athletes and entertainers.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, she started acting at ten years old, appearing on shows such as 7th Heaven, Sabrina the Teenage Witch and The Parent Hood. She hit the Big Screen for the first time opposite Kevin Hart in Think Like a Man Too. Her recent TV credits include Shots Fired and 24 Legacy on the FOX network. Ernestine is also well known in the spoken word world, infamous for being uncensored and untamed on the microphone, speaking on matters dear to the heart. Her original spoken word piece "Average Black Girl" performed live on The Arsenio Hall Show, went viral with over 40 million views online. Ernestine also performed live on the OWN Network's hit show "It's Not You It's Men"; and TV One's "Donnie After Dark." Jacoby A. M. DuBose is a native of Darlington, SC. He attended Howard University on a track & field scholarship and majored in Electronic Studio. While at Howard U, DuBose received All-MEAC, All-East Region, All-American, and MVP awards in track and field. After college he competed internationally. As a software developer Jacoby has led projects for US Army, US Navy, US Airforce, Old Dominion University, and Anthem Inc. But teaching Computer Science and Physics at the Governor's School for Science and Technology is one of the top moments in his young career. Currently Jacoby runs a creative firm that builds mobile apps for and creates digital content.
